By using CldKit you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the service. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new version.

You need to be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials safe. One account per person; no automated mass account creation.

When you submit a component, recipe, or other content for review, you confirm you have the right to share it and you grant CldKit a non-exclusive license to display it on the site, reference it in agent responses, and run it inside our sandbox for evaluation.

You can request removal at any time by emailing hi@cldkit.com. We may also remove content that breaks the law, infringes someone's rights, contains malware, or fails review.

Scores, badges, and recommendations on CldKit are our editorial opinion based on automated and manual review. They are not professional security advice, not a warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, and not a substitute for your own due diligence before installing third-party code.

The curator agent and live sandbox are powered by language models. They can be wrong, outdated, or misleading. Verify any code, command, or recommendation before running it in your own environment. You are responsible for what you install based on agent output.

The sandbox is provided for evaluation only. Do not paste production secrets, proprietary code you can't share, or personal data of others into it.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
• Submit malware, prompt injection payloads, or content designed to harm users.
• Impersonate another author or misrepresent the origin of a component.
• Use the service to violate applicable law or third-party rights.

Listed components are owned by their respective authors and governed by their own licenses. CldKit is not the author of those components and is not responsible for what they do once installed in your environment.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CldKit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including damages from installing or running components discovered here.

You can delete your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to other users.
